- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order jewelry
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for eligible products. Customers can request an exchange for size or design, subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
